RETAIL PROGRAMS

In the retail sector, we have established the Calise & Sons brand as one of the strongest brands in the New England marketplace. We service supermarket chains, wholesale clubs and many independent markets daily with our fresh baked bread & rolls. Our products are delivered by Calise routes and by a major bread distributor in the country. We are continually expanding our geographic coverage to all markets in New England. We are also working very hard to bring the Calise & Sons brand and tradition to consumers further south in areas like New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and more.

We have developed DSD programs for the Deli and Commercial Bread Aisle. We also have in-store bakery programs available for fresh or frozen delivery. Our DSD network now delivers throughout New England with a 5-day delivery schedule with product pullouts on the off days. This network is currently expanding to make our products available throughout the entire Northeast. Many retailers are experiencing tremendous growth in bread sales and profits with the Calise & Sons brand.

According to recent IRI data published in the January 2005 edition of the Griffin Report of Food Marketing, the Calise & Sons brand is very strong and continues to grow. The Griffin Report charts reveal Calise & Sons ranked #1 in the Providence market; #16 in the Boston market and #46 in the Hartford/Springfield market. We are very proud of our accomplishments. We continue to see sales growth in new markets as consumers try the Calise & Sons brand and keep coming back for more.
