FOODSERVICE PROGRAMS
In the foodservice sector, we provide a wide variety of products at
competitive prices. We manufacture over 140 varieties of baked, par
baked, and frozen products and distribute a full line of white bread
products, bagels, breakfast pastries, pockets and wraps for foodservice
accounts. Our customer base includes: national restaurant accounts,
national dining service companies, local institutions, restaurants,
delis, sub shops, etc.
Fresh foodservice
We have 35 company owned routes that deliver our products daily to
foodservice accounts purchasing fresh bread products. Our routes cover
RI and MA from Springfield east to Cape Cod with the exception of the
Boston area. We have alliances with several distributors who bring our
products to the remainder of New England territories that we do not
cover directly. All orders for fresh delivery must be placed by 3:00
p.m. for next day delivery.
Frozen foodservice
We are currently producing several types of sandwich rolls for shipment
throughout the east coast. These products are being made for national
accounts and regional accounts and are shipped by major foodservice
purveyors. We have the ability to freeze conventionally or blast freeze
through a nitrogen tunnel. All products are then shipped in corrugated
cases by the pallet.
