Our address says it all-Quality! For over 100 years, the Calise family has been baking and delivering the freshest, best tasting bread and rolls. Over the years, we have developed a reputation as the highest quality specialty baker in the Northeast. My great grandfather, Francesco Calise, came to this country in pursuit of the American Dream. His dream was to build a bakery that would provide the highest quality products to customers throughout the area. We have fulfilled his dream and will continue to do so in the coming years.

Our business model has always contained a balance of foodservice and retail, branded business. We manufacture over 140 varieties of baked, par-baked, and frozen products and distribute a full line of white bread products, bagels, breakfast pastries, pockets and wraps for foodservice accounts. Additionally, we have strong DSD programs for the Deli and Commercial Bread Aisle departments of supermarkets. The Calise & Sons brand has grown to be one of the strongest brands in the Northeast. Many retailers in the Northeast are experiencing rapid growth in sales and profits with the Calise brand.
